Jesus, Maria & Jose, what we wouldn't give to be that little kid right now! Over the weekend Mexico City suburb Iztapalata was handed the amazing "biggest enchilada ever" tittle by the Guinness World Records. It measured 230-feet and was made of corn tortillas, white onions, serrano chilis, green tomatoes, avocado, cheese, cream and salsas.
Ok, our mouth is literally foaming. We're out this bitch and straight into that taco stand down the street. Later!
