There's a camel farm in Holland (random, I know) that sells its hard-to-milk camel's milk to a local ice cream shop. Said shop then churns the milk into ice cream which, supposedly, has thrice the amount of vitamin C and half the fat of regular cow's milk ice cream. Check out the process in the video above.
Now, according to the farm owner, one has to be "gentle" with the female camels when they're being milked otherwise they "stress-out" and dry up (must... resists... making... sexist... joke). How interesting is all that?
Totally unrelated: if I had a pet camel I'd name it Sandy.
